Professional supplier, product quality and service make me very satisfied. The quality exceeded my expectations, and the supplier demonstrated a high level of professionalism throughout the process. 

From the first exchange in information I made it very clear that i was only interested in a style 09 wrought iron fence, and if they could not make or offer that style to let me know then. I provided prints showing the specifications I wanted. I provided a detain prints and step files for the fence. I requested that the order include 2 extra 8ft panels incase the fence was damaged at a latter time and shipping damaged. The original item list showed my design for the fence and the 2 extra panels. at some point and time the 2 extra panels were changed to a designed which I stated at the beginning was not acceptable. I did not request the change but it happened and I did not catch it. The supplier refuses to remake the panels and this puts me is a bind, I am starting a fence supply company and was using this fence as a model demo. Since one of the panels came in damaged I can't use the extra to replace the damaged panel. You can see this in the pictures , the damaged, the 09 style
